Next Tuesday, Boutros Bubba will support the lords of cuteness Deerhoof in Patronaat (Haarlem). We’re giving away 3×2 tickets! All you have to do to win them is go to our Facebook page and answer the question that we posted there. Good luck and see you Tuesday!
Edit Monday 27, 23:45 Check out out Facebook profile to find out who our three winners are!
June 22 @ SUB071, Leiden with Joe4 (Croatia) & United Sun of Toil (USA)
An evening with two old school noiserock monsters from Croatia and the USA plus our own Boutros Bubba. Angular grooves, distorted bass, ear piercing dissonant guitars and throats that are being abused, that’s basically what you can expect. This one you don’t want to miss.
June 28 @ Patronaat, Haarlem with Deerhoof!

Boutros Bubba was proud to contribute their song Chew to this compilation which you can order here for only 3 pounds.

Show’s on from 23:00-4:00. Entrance: 9 EUR or 15 EUR (with Retro Retry 2 cd). Not to be missed! Haarlem’s skate- and snowboard specialists Revert and Revert Ladies are giving away some cd’s to their customers to promote this evening, check out the agenda on their websites to see how to win one.
Last weekend’s shows in Het Patronaat Café in Haarlem and Café De Vinger in The Hague were a lot of fun. Thanks to the bands (Katadreuffe, Fine China Superbone, Blisters, Peal and Boutros Bubba) and everybody who showed up. Also lots of thanks to Joeri, who evidentely discovered the sepia-function on his digital camera, for taking many many shots. The pictures are all in our diary section. Check them out here and here. The next rock show is Thursday October 29 at Sub071 in Leiden with Roll Call For the Second Site (UK), Silent Front (UK) and Boutros Bubba. Hope to see you there!
