Last Friday we had a sold out birthday bash at Amsterdam’s De Nieuwe Anita and it was madness! In a dark corner on the upper level of the venue there was a short but noisy performance by Puin + Hoop + Coen Oscar Polack and they recorded it. We give you this recording as a birthday gift in reverse and as a souvenir of a great, great night we will remember for a long time. The title of this very noisy piece is The Ladies of Bommalapuram (Famous For Their Giant Physique). Listen to the recording in the player below or download it here. Good things come in small packages. While Katadreuffe is currently recording a second EP, to be released late 2010 or early 2011, they give you the track Cut-Up Comfort. This track was originally released on VPRO 3voor12′s third Hollandse Nieuwe compilation in January 2010 and is now available as a free mp3 and FLAC download. The beautiful artwork was done by Gunnar van Eenige. They will officially present this little gem next Friday August 27 at the Narrominded 10 Year Anniversary party at De Nieuwe Anita, Amsterdam.

The good people at the Dutch electronic music blog Eclectro.nl have published an exclusive Narrominded 10 Year Anniversary Mix. There’s some familiar tracks from the electronic parts of our back catalogue in there, but also a lot of stuff that can be heard for the first time ever.
